We always have cats and/or kittens available for adoption at Gahanna Animal Hospital. The adoption fee we charge is minimal and covers the cost of the spay/neuter. The female kitten adoption fee is $80.00 and the male kitten adoption fee is $45.00. If you wish to adopt one of our adult cats (6 months and older) the adoption fee is $40.00. Come in and meet our adoptee’s, if you are interested in adopting you can fill out an adoption application. There is a 48 hour waiting period after you fill out the application before you can take your adoptee home. This gives us time to process your application and prevents an adoption from being a spur of the moment idea. Once your application is approved you will be contacted by one of our adoption committee members. We do require that you be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us.

Precious
This is Precious, a very sweet 1 year old female spayed and declawed cat who needs a loving home. Precious has special needs, she was recently diagnosed with diabetes and requires insulin shots twice daily. It is unusual for a youg cat like Precious to be diagnosed with diabetes, she has such a long life ahead of her... She still acts like a young cat and loves to play!
