Dr. Joy Harkins has been with GAH since 2004. She received her DVM from the Ohio State University, and also has a Masters degree in Physiology from NC State University. In addition to treating clients pets she also participates in the treatment and surgery of animal rescue groups. She is a dedicated and compassionate small animal veterinarian.
