Bloodwork: (MPRO or PROV)
*Checks for sub-clinical disease

Flivs: includes an IV catheter and IV fluids.
*Helps maintain blood pressure. (anesthesia can decrease BP)
*Supports kidney function.
*Maintains IV access.
Propofol: an IV anesthetic given prior to gas anesthesia (alternative IV drug is Pentothal)
*Used in 95% of all human procedures.
*Does not rely on the liver for metabolism.
*Certain breeds can be sensitive to Pentothtal.
*Quicker recovery time.
AVID Microchip: the AVID microchip is for identification purposes.
*It is the size of a piece of rice.
*Injected into the subcutaneous layer of the skin.
*Shelters and hospitals check for this device on stray/lost animals.
*It is illegal for any laboratory to harbor an animal with a microchip or tattoo.
Oravet: is a coating that can be applied to your animal's teeth.
*Protects the teeth from future tartar and build up.
*Typically applied after a professional dental cleaning.
*After the initial application, the product must be applied by pet owner at home every week.
